I believe the best work happens at the intersection of analytical rigour and genuine care for people.
My faith is the driving force in my life. Everything I do is to serve God and love others. That conviction has shaped every career move, every venture, and every early morning training run.
I'm shaped by the idea of redemptive entrepreneurship — the conviction that business can be a force for creative restoration. Inspired by the thinking of Praxis, I believe ventures should go beyond ethical compliance to actively redeem what's broken: broken systems, broken access, broken data. That's the lens through which I build.
I left the comfortable corporate actuarial life at PwC to pursue entrepreneurship. I co-founded PeopleRadar because I saw fragmented workforce data causing real harm — payroll leakage, invisible absenteeism patterns, decisions made in the dark. We're redeeming those broken data systems by giving organisations clear, actionable intelligence. In the NPO sector, we help organisations measure and understand their impact better, consolidating scattered reporting into something that tells the real story of the difference they're making.
I'm South African to my core. I love this country — its mountains, its people, its complexity, and its potential. I want to build things here that matter.

Left PwC to build something of my own. PeopleRadar is an AI-powered workforce analytics platform serving the agricultural and NPO sectors across South Africa. We help organisations turn fragmented payroll and HR data into actionable intelligence.
Worked across People & Data Analytics and Life Insurance consulting (IFRS 17). Involved in client engagements, workforce demand modelling, and helped develop a SaaS web application for workforce analytics.
Financial instrument valuation, credit risk modelling (IFRS 9), and data analytics. Built a foundation in Python, SAS, SQL, and Power BI working with South African and international clients across financial services and energy.
Undergraduate and postgraduate studies with focus areas in actuarial science, advanced mathematical statistics, and economics. Earned 9 ASSA exemptions. Represented Stellenbosch in Afrikaans debating at nationals and served on the residence executive committee.
Achieved 92.3% in the National Senior Certificate. Winner of the Roulou Barry Entrepreneurship Award and De Humanitate Award for outstanding achievement in academics, leadership, and culture. Hockey, cricket, debating, mountain biking, community service.

A tourist t-shirt concept where travellers tick off activities on the back of the shirt with a permanent marker. We ran it for a year — the hardest lesson learned was that the solution is everything. Sometimes the idea is right but the execution needs a different form.
Co-founded during COVID to connect willing volunteers with organisations in need. Pioneered the #GiveTen drive and raised over R25,000 for vulnerable communities when the pandemic hit hardest.

I'm a sinner saved by grace. Nothing I've achieved can be attributed to my own brilliance — it is all God. I believe deeply in the power of the local church, and I prioritise serving wherever I can. From outreach missions in Lesotho and the Transkei to LIV Village in Durban, my faith isn't something I hold — it holds me.
Above everything, I value people, family, and relationships. The best ideas, the hardest races, and the most meaningful work — none of it matters without the people you share it with.
I love nature and adventure — there's nothing like exploring God's creation on foot or on a bike. I'm an avid runner, trail runner, and triathlete. Life is either a great big adventure or nothing at all.
I aspire to live a simple life and find joy in the small things. A good bottle of red wine at the fire with friends. A sunrise and sunset swim. Escaping the city to find God in the quiet.
